چکیده

مروری برتاریخ سیاسی جهان حاکی از برگزاری جشن های بزرگداشت برایارزش نهادن به مدت طولانی سلطنت حاکمان در نظام های پادشاهی است. نمونه های این جشن ها را می توان در تاریخ ایران وجهان موردمطالعهواثار انرا بررسی کرد. البته این جشن ها در زمره انتظاراتی که از هرنظامسیاسی برای فراهمی زندگی توام با کرامت انسانی، رفاه فردی واجتماعیبرای شهروندان وجوددارد،نمی گنجد، ولیکن در چارچوب اعمال نظامسیاسی در سطح سوم به عنوان توانایی نمادین برای تقویت توانایی هایدیگر ،تنظیمی ، توزیعی ، استخراجی ، پاسخگویی قابل تحلیل است.سیوالاصلی مقاله حاضر چیستی برگزاری جشن های سلطنتی در مناسبت هایگرامیداشت سال های سلطنت حاکمان به عنوان جلوه ای از توانایی نمادیننظام های سیاسی ورابطه ان با مشروعیت نظام می باشد.اهمیت مشروعیتسیاسی را در فراهمی زمینه اعمال نظام سیاسی از ورود تقاضا وهمراه باپشتیبانی تا انجام فعالیت های ان در تعامل با محیط داخلی وبین المللی رابایددر نظر گرفت.در پاسخ به این سیوال چرایی وچگونگی برگزاری اینجشن ها وتلقی تقویت راس نظام سیاسی یا مشروعیت بخشی به پیشینیانبا عنایت به تحلیل نظام سیاسی برمبنای نظریه ساختاری عملکردی ، بررسی مشروعیت سیاسی ووجوه ان وهمچنین با توجه به دوجشن موردمطالعه ، جشن های دوهزاروپانصدساله شاهنشاهی ۱۳۵۰ و جشنپنجاهمین سال سلطنت پهلوی باروش پژوهش کیفی از طریق توصیفوتحلیل نوشته ها ومدارک تاریخی صورت می گیرد.

چکیده [English]

A perusal of global history signifies the role that commemorations and celebrations about the longevity of reigning in monarchies. There are examples of it in Iran and beyond that. While such events cannot be categorised amongst the expectations form political systems (such as dignity and welfare for citizens), but they could be analysed within the framework of conduct of the political systems. At its third level, as symbolic capacity, it strengthens other capacities such as extractive, responsive, distributive and regulative.

This article seeks to analyse the relationship between the organisation of monarchical celebrations, specifically marking their reign, and the legitimacy of the political system. In turn, it influences its actions, through input, demands, and support, and its interactions with the domestic and international spheres. Within the framework of structural-functional theory, this article analyses political legitimacy in light of such celebrations and its impact on strengthening the top of the system. In doing so, it will analyse the Pahlavi’s celebration of 2500 years of monarchy in Iran and its fiftieth anniversary by relying on range of sources, including archives.
