This use of armed non-state actors continued throughout this period (1942-1979). In fact, force and violence which should have been the monopoly of the state were also entrusted to non-state actors. Previous academic studies have ignored and underestimated the role of such informal/semi-official forces in the politics and militarism of the government. Moreover, these studies have paid little attention to their persistence. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to explain why pro-government militias continued to exist in the second Pahlavi period. To explain this issue, the views of experts in the field of militias were used as the research hypotheses. The research method was functional-historical explanation and library, documentary, and field methods were used for data collection. The present study examined the performance of militias during the events and political developments of this period. The research showed that during the various political and security crises that the Pahlavi government was involved in from the beginning to the end, gradually, some of the advantages of the militias over the official and government military were realized. These advantages included the low cost of managing and training them, local and specialized knowledge, strengthening the legitimacy of the government, and their deniability. Therefore, the government insisted on strengthening and developing the militias.}, keywords = {Pro-government Militias,repression,Deniability,legitimacy,Resistance Force Organization}, title_fa = {برون‌سپاری سرکوب دولتی در ایران (1320-1357)}, abstract_fa = {حکومت پهلوی دوم علاوه بر نهادهای دولتی و رسمی مانند شهربانی، ژاندارمری و ساواک از شبه‌نظامیان نیز برای سرکوب مخالفان خود استفاده می‌کرد و این بکارگیری بازیگران غیردولتی مسلح در سرتاسر این دوره (1320-1357) تداوم داشته است. در واقع زور و خشونت که می‌بایست در انحصار دولت و نیروهای رسمی دولتی باشد، به بازیگران غیردولتی نیز سپرده می‌شد. تحقیقات آکادمیک پیشین نقش چنین نیروهای غیررسمی/ نیمه‌رسمی را در عرصه سیاست و نظامی‌گری دولت نادیده گرفته‌اند و یا تداوم این گروه‌ها در این دوره، مسئلۀ آنها نبوده است. هدف تحقیق پیش‌رو این است که چرایی تداوم و بقای شبه‌نظامیان حامی حکومت در عصر پهلوی دوم را واکاوی نماید. به منظور تبیین این موضوع، دیدگاه‌های برخی از صاحبنظران حوزۀ شبه‌نظامیان و بازیگران خشن غیردولتی بعنوان فرضیه‌های تحقیق مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق، تبیین تاریخی از نوع کارکردی و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، تلفیقی از کتابخانه‌ای، اسنادی، میدانی است. این تحقیق ضمن شناسایی سازمان‌های شبه‌نظامی عصر پهلوی دوم، با بررسی و تحلیل عملکرد آنها نشان می‌دهد که در فراز و فرود بحران‌های سیاسی و امنیتی مختلفی که حکومت پهلوی دوم از آغاز تا پایان با آن درگیر بود، بتدریج برخی مزایای نیروهای شبه‌نظامی نسبت به نظامیان رسمی و دولتی نیز دخیل بوده‌اند. این مزایا شامل هزینه پایین در نگهداری و آموزش آنها، کارآمدی بهتر در کسب اطلاعات محلی، توانایی در کمک به تقویت مشروعیت حکومت و قابلیت انکار کردن مسئولیت شبه‌نظامیان از سوی حکومت بود. بنابراین شاه که در مقاطع مختلف مانند رشد اتحادیه‌های کارگری، بحران آذربایجان، قدرت‌گیری حزب توده و جبهه ملی، بسط اقتدارگرایی، تثبیت خودکامگی و سرانجام اعتراضات سراسری در انقلاب اسلامی از این مزایا بهره‌مند شد، از آنها بعنوان نیروهای مکمل نظامیان استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {شبه‌نظامیان حامی حکومت,سرکوب,انکارپذیری,مشروعیت,سازمان نیروی پایداری}, url = {https://tssq.atu.ac.ir/article_14332.html}, eprint = {https://tssq.atu.ac.ir/article_14332_f76ce421e85fa911bd8ea253eee0541d.pdf} }
